Default Cant login to account

Hi, i have not play guild wars in a while, but since gw2 is coming
soon i though i could play some. I went to login but i cant. Its like someone got into my account and changed password.

In the account I have the guild wars prof, factions and nightfall.

I sent an email to support about 3 days ago, but since havnt got reply yet was hopping that some admin here could help me.

I have the keys for all 3 games if needed.

Have you been playing gw2 (beta)? if so:
if your password for gw2 is different than the one for your gw1 account, use your gw2 password now for your gw1 account.
If you did not play the beta then you need to wait for support to get back to you as we can not help you in this. (have you checked your spam/junk folders for a reply from support?--also if you submitted over the weekend--NO ONE works on the weekends ...you will have to wait).

I did not play beta, and yes i emailed on Saturday. Did not knew they did not work weekend. Guess than the wait is normal.

If you don't get a respond in a reasonable time (keep in mind cause of the name reserve date limit they might have more returning players then regular) you can always post at the official support forum. There is (a lot) more change anet employee's check there then there is here: https://forum.guildwars.com/forum

Exactly how long was the break you took? You didn't mention Eye of the North; did you leave before its launch?

If so, I believe they linked the log-in system for GW to an overall ArenaNet account after you left. Should that be the case, it's likely safe as the log-in information for it is invalid.

When I found this, I didn't have access to my CD keys but managed to prove my identity by identifying my main characters and rough dates of creation. Having the keys will make life a lot easier for you.

Wait until you get a reply back, and if they ask for proof of ownership you can offer one of the keys for them to review.

Seems u have been away long.
Some time ago they changed the log-in screen and now u have to add
a character name in th box.
Might be that u didn't fill that in and that's why u couldn't log in.
